I don't understand y do they ask for membership or registration amount. my point is if a person is selected he joins and work for a whole month and every day the work he does the day base money gets collected in the company account that is not enough for security and if a person works for the company say for 5 days and leaves still the company makes profit from him as they don't have to pay for the 5 working days. I have worked in big company and non of them ever asked for money as security. These company asking money should understand that people com to them to get job because these people don't have money and they have to work to earn. The best ting to do with these type of company asking money is just saying not interested eventually they wont ask money because no one will join.
