I have been going to this garage for a few years and spent a lot of money on various fixes, services and MOTs. I had booked in for an MOT today and arrived 8 minutes late. This was due to it being frosty and the roads busy. I was told that as I was late they couldn't do the test. Unbelievable! The week before I had spent over 400 and waited all day as the wrong parts had been delivered twice. Yet I am a few minutes late and get no help. I managed to get booked in around the corner at a decent garage for the next day, not a problem. When I told them this story they laughed knowingly. Guess I will be going there from now on. Awaiting generic response.

My garage of choice after several recommendations from others, used them several times always knowledgeable and professional. Today took in ford Kuga with engine management failure, ran diagnostics and identified dpf failure, advised to have dpf cleaned elsewhere and no charge for today's diagnostics, a service which ford main dealer quoted in excess of 100 pounds.

Worst Experience.! Time Wasters don't have real responsibility about work. They took more than a hour to change a tyre which takes hardly 15mins to change. Worse than anything else. Please don't waste time coming here.

Went to have new tyres which where supplied by blackcircles fitted here as its one of their approved centres, after fitting, which was fine. I noticed and told the manager they where not the tyres I'd ordered. My van has extra load rating of 86 due to its max payload weight, I specifically ordered 86 rated, and the tyres fitted where 82. I'm not atall happy, firstly they are not the tyres I ordered, secondly the 82s fitted cost less, and lastly they wouldn't remove the incorrect tyres theyed fitted to return them, and claim no responsibility - I'm told \take it up with blackcircles or ask them for a discount\ - surely a good tyre place ( even if blackcircles sent the wrong tyres) would check they matched the invoice at the protyre centre BEFORE FITTING). So yes some of the blame is yours. I'm now stuck with wheels I can't fit to my van until I return them to be removed once the correct ones turn up. Going to lose about 4 days work over it. - nice one.

Whilst driving down the m1 I noticed my wheel was pointing left and the car was pulling. My dad recommended these chaps and they did an excellent job. They took their time and only after two alignments were not up to their own standard, they suggested the geometry machine. Cost 40 and my steering wheel is bang on. I wouldn't go elsewhere now and will be bringing my partners car next time im in the area
