This place is brilliant. There is literally nowhere else I would even call if I have a tyre or related car issue. It’s not just the stock they hold but their expertise. I want to single out MALCOLM for specific praise as he has always been absolutely brilliant at making sure the customer gets what’s best for them. He really is excellent and there’s a reason so many people use this place. Very good.

The guys here are really friendly but unfortunately my experience was poor. Pre booked for 10am for 1 tyre change and alignment and was told would be out by 11am latest. Following an unacceptable delay and further issue with the key not working (which was fine when I came in) I left at 2pm. As nice as they are a can't spent 4 hours here again .
I was stuck in a dark country road with a fast puncture on my Tesla, I wanted a good value tyre, and after advising first, I rung back and asked for their help. They made arrangements and I was able to get car back on road. They spotted a problem with the wheel, and advised accordingly. Great after sales and care advice, these lads have a big easily accessible premises and are knowledgeable and have a keen eye to safety. I trust them 100% They even remembered me and my mum after 1 year. They checked they chart and correctly inflated my tyres to 45psi without me telling them to. Come here for a chilled tyre service which is safe and good value for money.
