Booked a full service & MOT online, which was nice & easy. Dropped my car off at the Chippenham branch in the morning and was warmly greeted & walked through the process by the helpful staff member. Good, clear social distancing measures are in place in the customer area and I felt safe at all times. Got a call later that day informing me of my passed MOT and of a minor bit of work which was advisable (less than 50). When we discussed the options and practicalities of the work, there was no pressure and I felt like the information being given was genuine. When I picked the car up later that day, I received the same great service I had done up until now. My car was even parked right by the front door as they knew I was coming. Amazing - I'll definitely be back.

Had my car booked in for a MOT yesterday. Turnt up around 10 minutes early so had a short wait until i saw my car go into the garage. As expected i was nervous but there were free hot drinks avaliable. Not far into the test the mechanic asked whose car it was so i said it was mine and he pointed out something underneath the car that isnt an fail/advisory it was just something that i need to keep a eye on. He mentioned he likes to show the customer what's wrong himself so they know they aren't being ripped off. The tester was a genuine nice guy and i really appreciated that. Can't remember his name but will 100% be returning. Top work.
I went in to the Chippenham branch to check my tracking and I was seen quickly with all the guys being friendly. They were totally honest and said it didn’t need adjusting when they could have easily charged me. This is in total contrast to my experience in the past with a well know national chain begging with K! When I replace my tyres I will definitely be going back to Tyre City because I was treated well.
I took my car in for an MoT. Excellent service. Went in spot on time, completed as forecast with helpful and friendly manager. Felt safe in the environment. Would use again.
