I’ve used Tyre City Halesowen twice within a few months. The 1st was when I had a puncture and today for MOT and service.Both times customer service has been excellent and prices reasonable. I couldn’t start my car this morning and although the company do not normally provide a call out service, they did this for me as I lived close by. They got my car started within a short time and took the car to their premises for MOT and service. Thank you Mohammad for sorting it all out for me. Great customer service.

Excellent service as always, all staff are super friendly and helpful. Don’t push you to over spend they just advise. Always go here for MOT as well , deffo recommend
Exceptional customer service! Would defo recommend anyone who is looking for a mot or a servicing the car to come here , the staff really look after you. The prices are reasonable and they do listen to you. A big thank you going out to Mo for all your help today.
It’s my first time going to Tyrecity, I’m not going to lie I was expecting to get overcharged or sold extra items on the vehicle.. I was definitely wrong completely honest guys and great banter. Definitely recommend Tyre City Halesowen
Needed to replace a bust tyre from the day before but also decided to change the rear two which were reaching their limit (not so good for the approaching wintery conditions). Popped into Tyre City Halesowen after work and Mo and Gully were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. These guys are a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience with them let alone the excellent, professional and speedy service they provided! Thanks guys!
