After spending a lovely day in Llangollen , we returned to our car to find water under it , suspecting the water pump had gone my husband rang green flag , within an hour of him recieving the call Hefyn arrived with his tow truck . Although we had issues with green flag themselves Hefyn couldn't of been more helpful and stayed with us for the 3 hrs it took for green flag to sort out a taxi for us to get home . He then brought our car home for us the next day . Such a lovely friendly chap who made our situation so much more bearable . Thank you

Following a serious rtc my car was recovered by this company and taken away. Following contact with them today they have told me they have crushed my car. Where was my letter? A phone call? Disgusting. I will now be making a claim against these for my property which they have now withheld/stolen. Avoid these
Had to stop nearby because my son's car broke down. They responded quickly and gave us a good service. Nice people too!
