Absolutely disgraceful service abuse and attitude was all I had from this company I purchased a 6000 bike from them they then refused to help when I had an issue so I called trek (the bike manufacturer) and trek told them to do the repair and they still refused and were intimidating me to the point where I felt unsafe. I have adhd and learning difficulties and was made to feel like a criminal and that i had done something wrong and also the bike shop owner had his friend come over to me taking photos and videos of me my van and my girlfriend to intimidate me and was also threatening me and impersonating a police officer. absolutely disgusting and will never be using them again if anyone has a disability please do not go there because I do not want you to experience the abuse and threats that I did !!!
