Well I personally think that they are doing a great job especially during this Pandemic we are all going through, everyone has had to adapt to a difficult and scary time. I have used this surgery for at least last 2 years and they have all been very helpful and compassionate and without the staff and Drs help I would be dead. They have helped me so much and I personally can't fault them. It is like anywhere you visit there will always be bad as well as good, but It really does help with your attitude towards the staff and Drs and Nurses. You are all doing a wonderful job. Thank you all so kindly

What a fantastic service. When phoning up , a person is given a clear idea as to how long they have to wait to speak to a nurse. There is a countdown as to how close a person is in the phone queue. The nurse is very good and Dr. Fraser and Dr. Shaffu are also superb.

Had a blood test today with Georgina. I have a massive needle phobia. I mean massive!!!! She was amazing. Calm, kind, encouraging and caring. I would highly recommend anyone scared of needles to see her. Thank you so much.

5* Review is purely for Dr Smith who has been by far the best Dr i have dealt with at this practice. After stating health concerns i had with a female Dr (whose name i cannot remember) at my 6 week postpartum check i was brushed off as being anxious and there being nothing wrong with me . I contacted the surgery again as my symptoms continued; I then met with Dr Smith who has acted in a speedy professional manor in order to get to the root cause of my health issues and help me with treatment ect.. I am a little astounded at the lack of care regarding the first doctor i saw about this issue as she seemed to not care about the issues i was raising with her.

What a badly designed building. The upstairs waiting room is a nightmare if you do not like heights. All the seats are next to a drop down to the floor below. The surrounding barrier is totally see through so you get a good view of the floor below. For myself who is scared of heights there was no where else to wait. I
