Very disappointed! We had settlement on the 6th Feb 21. On the 12th Feb, as I had not heard from anyone I rung the agent to see if he had put a sold sign on the block to be told yes a few days ago. I explained we needed to know this as we want to go take some happy pics of the sign but did not want to travel the 1 hour 20 min unless it was there. 14th Feb we arrived at the block to no sold sign in fact no sign at all it had been removed. I rung the agent asking what had happened and his response was no idea it is handled by someone else. He then said I had to ring the office on the Monday myself to find out what had happened. I found this unprofessional. Such a brush off! I rung Monday morning 15th Feb and spoke with someone and explained everything to her and thought someone would get back to me to discuss and it is now the 22nd Feb.

Family member just moved into one of their rentals and it has dead spiders everywhere, webs that haven't been cleaned and a nice big green weed growing in front of the back the door. Not to mention there's a nice big hole in the fence started from a fire.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I don't know how they treat their sellers, buyers and tenants, but they treat the neighbours of rental properties abysmally. After months of complaining about the noise from the air conditioner on the rental property next door, absolutely nothing has been done even though the decibel level averages at 118. That's the same noise level as a jet engine. I was told by LJ Hooker that the renters could do what they wanted with the air conditioner, even going so far as to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the unit!! I invited her to come to my house to hear it but she refused. Tells you a lot about a person when they are not even willing to meet you half way. If I ever had to sell my house, this is the last company I would use.
