From start to finish the whole process with Two Guys was a breeze - even with lockdown during our installation. The journey for a new kitchen started with our designer Mark Perkins. His design took our requirements and came up with a unique solution. We wanted to combine our kitchen and dinning room and he even suggested moving a window to make the room flow better (which other designers didn't even consider). The installation process schedule was followed perfectly; with the kitchen strip out and wall removal happening in week 1. Week 2 was window moving, plastering and making things ready for the new kitchen. Week 3 was installation, worktop templating and flooring. This is when lockdown hit and everything was on hold. Once lockdown was eased everything was back on track, it was completed really quickly. All trades were excellent and could not fault any of them, so Two Guys have a good set of contacts for their extended installation team. During the lockdown Two Guys assisted us in any way they could to make our lives easier including shipping a temporary worktop to give us a part working kitchen! Finally comparing the initial design to what we have ended up with, its hard to tell which one was which - really pleased!
Excellent service from start to finish, superb design and incorporated all our requirements. Installation was exceptional Bruce's attention to detail was perfect, we could not have wanted for a better fitter. Also the the plumbing & electrician services were excellent, all were extremely polite and very courteous, a pleasure to have such nice tradesmen. We are delighted with our Two Guys kitchens and would definitely recommend. A good quality kitchen that will last us a good few years. Thank you all
We asked Two Guys to refit our kitchen and they couldn't have been more helpful. From the detail in the initial quoting process to the fantastic fitter Brian, the whole team was amazing and the quality of the workmanship faultless. Tony the Director was very supportive throughout the process and very understanding of our concerns during the Covid period. Special mention too to Mags who coordinated everything so seamlessly. We're extremely pleased with the end result and have already has several comments and requests from people for photos of the design ideas.
Have now had 2 kitchens installed by Two Guys and both times it has been an excellent experience. The products are extremely high quality and the installation was very straightforward ,even though we asked for some very bespoke fitting quirks. Having a surveyor come around prior to fitting to ensure both parties know exactly what they are agreeing on is a genius move, as it removes any contention. They advised on lighting and appliances, ensuring we were aware of the different options. The pricing was clear and itemised so that we knew what different aspects were costing. A few minor changes were completed without question and minor defects were resolved without delay. The whole service from start to finish was friendly and they wanted to work together to ensure we were delighted with the outcome, which we most certainly are. The Dekton Trillium worktop is awesome. I can't help but to highly recommend this company as a repeat repeat customer that has been fully satisfied both time.
