Food was good. Menu available on line to view, but had to phone to order. Collection was a bit chaotic, with queuing outside and lack of certainty about when to go in. Staff were friendly and polite.

Can't knock it! We've been coming for years and enjoy their chicken sweet and sour, fish and chips or salt and pepper chicken. Really delicious and generous portions!

Phoned up and told them they had given us the wrong meal. I only noticed it wasn't right after starting to dish it out. Called them up to explain this and I was told to collect the right meal. I go to collect the right meal and I was asked where the wrong meal was, I said it's at home because we'd opened it and started plating before we realised. I even took a photo to show them but he said we are out of pocket now because you didn't bring it back. I even said infront of the customers so you would have taken it back to sell onto someone else? That's just not OK plus we're in the middle of a pandemic!! He got really funny with me saying your probably just doing it for a free meal! Do you really think I'd come straight back whilst my food goes cold?? Not to mention the fact we live local and have been countless times. I just can't believe they resell returned food! Very poor!!
