Eight of us came for a birthday tea and were treated to a splendid array of sandwiches, scones and cakes - and a lovely chocolate birthday cake. We sat outside too. The staff were attentive and great fun. Highly recommended.

A lovely little cafe just a few metres up away from the main harbour. Nice and clean and seating set apart well in these new social distancing times. Good selection of food and drink, and lovely looking cakes - vegan and gluten free options available. Staff were friendly. We chose from the sandwich menu and my goats cheese and roasted med veg was delicious! My partner had cheese and chutney which he was also happy with. There are toilets for customers and parking is available close by.

We came here for a vegan afternoon tea which did not disappoint! Sandwiches included avocado & hazelnut, cucumber & cream cheese, followed by lemon cake, followed by cream tea. All delicious, with wonderful service in a lovely setting. Go here if you are anywhere near Porthleven.

Fantastic little café. A good selection of hot snacks and daily specials to choose from, ideal for refreshing the body and mind after a good walk. Alternatively coffee and a slice of one of the many homemade cakes on display while watching the world go by. Very polite and attentive staff, where nothing is too much trouble. One visit here, and the Twisted Currant will immediately make it onto your list of regular haunts.

Fantastic service and food. Really recommend the cream teas as the fruit scones are superb. Children had chocolate brownies and fudge cake . We aim to return before the end of the week.
