Visited to check pressure of tyres. Machine now accepts only contactless payments and minimum is 1. Later I found from statement that machine charged me twice (2 X 1) for less than 4 mins use. Was discussing with a friend who told me it's happened to him a few times as well. Nice try, Shell, as if you were short of a few pounds. Your Customer Services will receive a call shortly for the refund request!

Havenot been into the shop but there was functioning air, vacuumm and water which i used. I tank my car here too, using the mobile app, had no problems so far.
