I’ve been a member for almost 18 months, really welcoming and varied classes - the coaches do an amazing job of designing and delivering workouts that can be tailored to your ability, but pushing you so you feel a real sense of achievement when you complete them. I’ve tried lots of different gyms and classes and this is the one that really works!

Only a few sessions down and I already love this place - It's addictive. Staff are nothing short of brilliant - these aren't just group sessions ... everyone gets coached individually (instructors keep an eye on your form & posture, adjusting throughout). Facilities are great and it attracts a friendly local crowd.
What a fantastic place and people! I started going to Blitz in Feb 2019 and lost 5kg in less than 2 months (down to 69kg) with a little bit of healthy eating. I am going twice a week plus a bit of running on my own and I really started to feel better physically and mentally. Earlier I wasn't doing any exercise at all for 2 years so was a bit afraid that I won't keep up but the coaches always explain how to scale down all the weights etc so it's possible but still challenging for you. I tried about 3 different \mass gyms\ in the past but I never managed to stay motivated for more than one month which turned into wasting money on unused membership. Blitz is a bit more expensive but DEFINITELY worth it. The team there is so great, nice and welcoming - they make you feel like you're part of family. Culture there is absolutely my favorite part :) There are a lot of extra events and socials as well! A lot of fun and health boost in one. Cannot recommend Blitz highly enough :)
