Cozy place with really tasty food. It’s like eating at grandma’s!! This restaurant makes you feel you’re in another time It’s a bit expensive but it’s worth. The staff is attentive and lovely. The food tastes like heaven. I recommend Pecan chicken & peanut butter brownie cheesecake... amazing. We love this place. We will come back! Only one disappointing thing...they didn’t know nothing about Kelly!

Had an absolutely fantastic dinner here. Atmosphere was cozy and the outdoor patio was gorgeous. Food was amazing, definitely stopping by everytime I'm nearby.
Friendly and fast service. Stopped in for lunch on the advice of a friend. Had the turkey club sandwich and onion rings. The food came out quick, fresh turkey and toppings in the sandwich. Crisp lettuce. Perfect. The place is cozy and cabin rustic with some interesting memorabilia on the wall. Definitely my new lunch stop between Ottawa and Toronto from now on. No more fast food on that route!!!!
After listening to some of the reviews, we were anticipating a long wait and high priced food....but we were delighted that this was wrong. The food great. Have to say it was pricey but you get what you pay for, and the wait wasn't that long at all. The veal cutlet was done perfectly. Will highly recommend this restaurant and greatly suggest making a reservation, especially on the weekends!
Kelly's is a great surprise! The food has a nice homemade quality and in each visit I have made has delivered on taste. There is a good depth of menu choices, much of which is classic comfort foods. It is not a very big restaurant and is often pretty full. My only complaint is that generally it takes a good while to get your food. So keep in mind that you might need a good hour plus to get your burger and eat it. It moves at a slow pace but that also can be part of the charm.
Great experience. After voicing my special dietary needs, the waitress went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I wasn't exposed to something that would affect me. Settled on the (very large and well-stuffed) club sandwich with fries. Excellent!
I strongly urge people not to support Kelly’s restaurant. The wait staff (or owners?) were extremely unprofessional, rude and unsympathetic. We ordered our food at approximately 1:00PM on a Friday afternoon, we received our food pretty close to 2:00PM. We had 2 adults over 70 and 3 children under 10 traveling with us. We were starving. I politely asked a few times during our hour long wait where our food was. I was rudely and dismissively told that there were people ahead of us. That was not true. My hungry family watched in desperation as tables seated after us ordered their food, received their food and then left!! The food at Kelly’s was decent, but pricey. The homemade bread they used for buns was pretty good. But, the wait, the attitude and the overall experience was just terrible and I think that people should be aware of this before choosing to dine at Kelly’s.
A true family owned Ontarian gem. I've been coming here for years on my way from Toronto to Ottawa and any time I can pass through here when they're open I do so and get their hot roast beef sandwich. It can be tricky to know when they're open due to extenuating circumstances but it is always well worth the trip.
