I have taken a TV, a Pioneer receiver, and my prized 43 year old Nakamichi components to Jeff for repair. In all cases Jeff repaired the units and even resurrected my old Nakamichi tape deck equipment. He is a wizard with electronics, and his prices are more than fair. If you have a broken TV that you paid a fortune for, bring it to the \TV Doc\ before you even think of throwing it out. So my beloved plasma TV died on Friday night 1/17/20. I Googled TV repair and found TV doctor close by. To my surprise Jeff answered the phone around 9pm and was genuinely interested in getting me the help I needed. He said he could take the TV in for inspection the following day an see what the problem was. He had the set up and running in a few hours! A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jeff for your TV repairs!
Extremely rude. I called about replacing the led lights in my 55 inch insignia tv and right away he said “Impossible, it’s made in China. They don’t make parts for it. where would I get parts for it? You need to buy a better TV in the future.” I hung up on him and called another repair person who said no problem and is currently fixing it. I guess it wasn’t impossible after all. The TV Dr is either lazy or incompetent. Either way his customer service is trash and I would stay far away.
