I've visited yapı kredi bank twice, once it was quite crowded and noisy but in general queue was moving quickly, second my visit was in the morning and bank was almost empty. I was satisfied with the service, worker of the bank is a kind and smiling woman who helped me to open the account, answered all questions and I was glad to cooperate with her. Minus is only in the system, I need to come back second and third time to put my signature.
