Dr. Chang appears to be a good doctor but he isn't, he doesn't care about his patients. My husband was in the hospital for 2 weeks and while he was in the hospital his hemoglobin was low he received 2 blood transfusions and his hemoglobin went down after the first blood transfusion Dr. Chang never had a colonoscopy done in the hospital he just gave him another blood transfusion and sent him home after being home for a week his legs began swelling and he had a UTI.e I tried to call Dr. Chang and was never able to talk to him. His office called me and said to let my husband's nurse know so I did he had an appointment on Wednesday which they cancelled and I tried to call Dr. Chang he never returned my call instead his office staff was very rude to me and hung up on me. So I took my husband to his old doctor who is taking excellent care of my husband. This office is a joke there's no way to get a person in a wheelchair down to the office you have to go down the stairs and the staff doesn't know what they're doing.
