Friendly professional staff. Great car display.
Used Tustain for a few years. Staff always friendly and nice to get your car cleaned after service. However during last visit was advised that all four brake disks and pads needed replaced. Took to another garage for a second opinion. Told all fine and to bring back in a few thousand miles. Six months on just had rear pads replaced. All four disks fine and front pads have more than half their life left even six months on. Was also quoted 2k for a gear box problem that cost me 600 to fix elsewhere. Seemed more focused on selling me a new car than delivering value. Wasn't allowed to speak to mechanic at time. Very disappointed and will now avoid. Exercise caution.
We went to Tustain Motors as was due to hand back a motability car & to pick another vehicle...this was the 1st & only garage we went to just for a look & see wot MG was like...The minute we stepped out of our car we were greeted by manager, who made us feel so comfy...we arrange to go back when the Motability guy was in...Amazing service, polite, made us feel comfortable & even the kids get to watch tv, eat biscuits & help themselves to juice...we our MG, thanks Tustain Motors 10/10
Recently just traded my car in and got a new car. Very happy with the service I received from Neil Dunn who kept me in the loop about the progress of the finance at every stage. Friendly and reliable and would recommend tustain motors every time Thanks again guys
