Superb quality meat which has us all drooling in anticipation of a Sunday roast! I just would not buy meat from a supermarket because it does not remotely compare with meat from a good butcher's shop. And this is a really good butcher's shop!
Proper old school butchers who offer excellent quality meat backed up with good advice on cuts, preparation etc. One of the few remaining gems of village life in Hale.
Proper butcher. Worth the few pennies extra over supermarkets poor offering. Try their freshly marinated meats and ready made meals, fab! Update. Fam sized Steak pie... not as you ever have had before, gorgeous
