Great coffees and teas and some really tasty and we'll prepared food at reasonable prices. Polite, friendly and usually attentive staff. Always good and reliable service when the proprietors are there...but sometimes sadly a little less reliable when they aren't. That age old problem. If there is a magic fix then bottle it and sell it!

Really loved this visit! Liss is fairly small and we were just passing through and needed a bite to eat. Googled to find a nice place and the good reviews for here were certainly not wrong. It's quirky... the good kind. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The menu was perfectly sufficient for a nice lunch and from what I could see it was all fresh home made food. I had the burger with home made chilli sauce. The beef pate was delicious and a nice small portion of chips. The coffee was rich and the cake (all homemade) was moist and topped with a very tasty gnash. What a treat! Had a chat with the business owner who was a smashing guy. Clearly cares about his customers and what they think. If you are in the area please do stop in.
An excellent cafe with an interesting menu and very friendly staff. It currently only has five tables so it can maintain rules around people 'keeping their distance' and it is well worth a visit but it's a good idea to book first.
