We had a big order at work from. This guys. Some of us asked for extra hot and we didn't get any hot at all also small size in the wraps for that size I won't order again

I have been a regular customer to this place about 3 years now and I can assure you this, they have the best food in Leicestershire. And loveliest staff ever. If anybody tells you that they are overcharging don’t believe them because I mylsef seen so many people asking for extra stuff ( sauce, chesee, etc.) and expect them for free.
AVOID . AVOID . AVOID Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life , that also even being a permanent repeat customer of them for a very long time. The only mistake was that i went there myself to order and pick , the person over the counter doesn't understand English first of all and then claims to be the owner, which I am definitely sure he wasn't ,as repeatedly told by me that I am a permanent customer and this is my address and he still was very rude and tried to overcharge the same like he already did once before as the usual guy they have on phone who takes orders and speaks and understands English wasn't there, which is why I stopped going personally, and even after I explained about previous experience when he had charged for sauces and never sent them , even the delivery guy apologized that time, but today was ridiculous and very abusive and insulting. Please avoid this place. Being a chef and a previous restaurant owner I have never witnessed worst customer service experience in my life, that also from a so called claimed owner. There are far better places in town to order from and much better taste. Please avoid.
Good food but I would say very expensive for a turkish takeaway . On top of that the cashiers don't ask you if you need sone sauces , forks or a drink .
Absolutely terrible customer service,Very rude staff meal deal very poor very small portions and cheap ingredients pizza is not cooked properly,they try to overcharge you for iteams you have not had,would not recommend this place at all avoid
