The place was looking nice when entered l did my shopping checking all the prices, l knew approximately how much l will pay. Got a box of baklava as its one of my favourites he measured it at the till and the price was ok, suddenly when he was scanning the next item the price drastically got increased and l kept quiet untill he scans everything in my basket. In the end when said different price than l calculated l kindly asked my itemised receipt and on the screen l saw that he voided something which decreased the amount and he put my receipt in the bad with groceries. When l got to my car l checked it and it turned out that he is playing with the prices while measuring the baklava and overcharging people. There was scanned pack of 5kg rice which wasnt in my basked and the receipt was saying that it was entered manually. At the bottom of the receipt was the voided same pack of rice which it was scanned manually and l saw it with my eyes while he was voiding. I am very disappointed as it was my first visit there and just because its halal turkish place l drove to Reading 40min just to spend my money in their shop. I will never recommend anyone to go there nor l will shop there ever again. ANYONE WHO GOES THERE - ASK YOUR ITEMISED RECEIPT AS THERE IS HIGH CHANCE OF YOU BEING OVERCHARGED.

Bought beef mince... received lamb mince. Or they are mixing both. Will no buy again.
