Turkish Airlines damaged my suitcase and after one an half months of communication with their HQ in Turkey, providing tons of information, bank account, pictures, etc., the company approved a compensation which is a fraction of the cost of the suitcase damaged. However, the company never paid or wire transferred the promised and approved compensation. It is a very unreliable company when it comes to pay for its responsibilities. For responsibility and customer service the airline deserves zero stars as no negative stars can be given.
There is no Turkish Airlines office is whole city if Paris...... It's amazing!!!!! They have only one booking office at CDG Airport that also closes at 0530 pm

I was really disappointed this morning to learn that Turkish Airlines at CDG Roissy airport has no baggage drop off. So don’t bother using self check-in as you’re going to have to wait in line with others anyway.
I had a flight with turkish airline Just wanted to say how good was the flight. We had a tv with a VERY responsive screen which is awesome, and the food was DELICIOUS! I had 4 flights with them and every time the food was surprisingly awesome. Especially the past with a finest tomato sauce, you can feel tomatoes were super fresh and tasty And also the mango mousse and the almond cake Really, thanks for that delicious moment Hope to fly again with you
Shady as ever ! Due to covid the jointly government owned company is not paying anyone back money that is owed and instead is only offering credit vouchers for future journeys. This is against the Law ! You guys owe me 450 euros ! Pay Up !
