We called the night before to schedule an am pickup, we were directed to call and ask for Paul at 8am for a 10am pickup. No one answered in the morning at 8 or 8:30. We then found the Squeeky Wheel and had an amazing experience with them. If you need to be on time somewhere and eliminate stress, this isn't the company to use unfortunately .
Thank you Turbo Taxi for getting me to the airport safely. There was a blizzard approaching and my friends were too nervous to drive in the snow so someone recommended Turbo Taxi. The driver was great and I didn’t miss my flight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable transportation in the area. 5 stars is not enough. Truly grateful.
If i could give this company 0 stars i definitely would. I called at 9:25 a.m. asking for a pick up they didnt get to my house until 11:10a.m. the driver didnt know where she was going and made multiple stops along the way picking NO ONE else up. I get to my one stop and get in the cab to go to my next (round trip) and she takes me all the way out of town. If it wasnt for gps i wouldnt know where we were at and when i say out of town it was a good 10 miles out of Sandusky. She just drove off didnt tell me where we were going until i asked her and she just said to pick someone else up. This company is so unprofessional and disorganized. She took my to my other stop and LEFT ME THERE!!! So i had to find another way home. This is the most ragedy broke down company sandusky has to offer and will never get another red cent out of me. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!
