Very nicely laid out with varied plants that other centres don't have. Restaurant is extremely pleasant with very good seating inside and out, probably one of the best I've experienced. Staff were helpful especially the lady that greeted us on arrival to the restaurant. Food was good but a bit smaller and more expensive than other centres so I docked one star for that reason. Car park and surrounding areas were also smart and well kept. All in all a good place to visit.

Nice garden centre fair amount of choice maybe a little bit expensive but good quality. Large selection of pots, plants and sundries, houseplants. Shop, butcher’s and a cafeteria.

We like this place - like a cross between a garden centre and a department store. Recently purchased a garden furniture set and later a matching parasol. I called this morning with a query on the parasol which was efficiently handled - incl a suggestion which hadn't occurred to me. 'Privilege Club' membership saved a worthwhile 10% on the price (several times the cost of membership). Service ( in-store and deliveries) has been consistently good. Most garden centres seem to have raised the game in their cafes. When we've used theirs we've been satisfied with it.

Terrible, have used this restaurant on occasions over years. When it first opened the food was well presented and portion sizes were good as well. We had noticed the quality and portion size getting steadily worse over time, but the last couple of times has been Terrible, has it changed hands? So many people have voiced their disgust of the food. The last time we visited the order was got wrong,on 2 of our 3 dishes, one having gluten when was make clear gluten intolerant. Portions were very small and overcooked. My daughter couldn't even eat her sausages, they were too hard. Waitresses did their best but if the chefs can't cook then what can they do. We as many others will not use this restaurant again, total waste of money and had to go somewhere else after too have a edible meal.. shame this place could have been so much better.

I actually feel great sympathy for the owners, it seems they've invested in alterations and have no budget for staff training. Moreover they are greatly overcharging to compensate for the shortfall, or perhaps they're seeing the potential market for custom due to the proximity to the Hospital. Either way, I sincerely hope they change, but in the meantime I'm unlikely to return or recommend friends and business colleagues visit the site.
