Really nice people to deal with, the item I ordered arrived ahead of time and as described in perfect condition and cheaper than \used\ surplus items elsewhere. Will be coming back to Kit Monster for more kit...32 years taking the Queens's shilling, so have some experience.

Ordered some cuffs to alter some military smocks, was sent the wrong colour! and they didn't have the colour I needed in store anymore , when I talked to someone on the phone he was very polite and apologised for the mistake . I then had to send back at my expense. when I got my refund I received none of my postage cost back so I'm out of pocket by over 10 in total, for a mistake they made not me. Very disappointed with this company
KitMonster did not stop until I was 100% satisfied. It did not matter to them I was an ocean away from them.
