I wanted to make comment as to the great customer service provided by Peter at Igloo Audio. I was searching for a miniDSP measurement microphone, and I was presented with several options via Amazon, I much prefer to deal with a knowledgeable retailer though, so selected Igloo. Within a very short time of placing the order I was contacted to say that the item was out of stock and may potentially have a long lead time, was I still OK to leave my order open. I was fine with this and then have been kept up to date leading to a delivery within a couple of weeks after all. Just to say, great service, thanks for making it a smooth purchasing experience!

Although in the end I didn't actually purchased the item from Peter at Igloo Audio, I wanted just to write a small review to give him a great deal of thanks for his kind time that he spent with me on the phone going into various options regarding streamers that would complement my existing hi-fi set up.
