Very nice staff and professional services compared to lots other providers of MOT and car servicing. Good pricing and detailed profile of my car’s work done. I’m thinking even to get my other car into service with them. Highly recommended!

Failed MOT on two counts. 1. Tail light not working - this was correct. 2. Brake pads less than legal minimum (1.5mm). Quoted 125.00 for replacements. The picture shows new pads (lighter color) and pads I was told were illegal. They have a depth in excess of 3mm and did not need replacing. Be very careful when using this garage. As a national organization I expected the service to be above suspicion. Very disappointed.

Great experience at Halfords again! Very accommodating with me as I had a last minute MOT cancellation by KwikFit, but Halfords TWells booked me in as soon as possible which I greatly appreciated.
