Let down by another builders merchant and notified 4pm Friday, hired mixer and help etc for a large job so very annoying. covers to the rescue. They sorted my order out last minute on a Friday night fitting my load on the lorry and delivered 1st thing in the morning Saturday. Now that's customer service, thanks Tunbridge Wells depot.
