Received fantastic customer service from Stuart. Excellent technical product knowledge and patience on subsequent visits when asking for it all to be explained again! Delivered quickly and staff took time to demonstrate product too. Very pleased with all aspects of service we received. Many thanks

We were looking for a piano as we had just started learning. Extremely friendly, helpful and they had a great option that alllowed us to rent for 6 months and the money spent renting was offset against the purchase of a new model if we decided to. Still playing, thoroughly enjoying, and without the help we received may never have continued playing and owning our own piano. We can’t recommend them enough.

Always so helpful
