I've dealt with Lou on several occasions & he's always been absolutely great! He's professional as well as personable, knowledgeable about 'all things violin/viola/cello/bass' & eagerly passes that knowledge & passion for it on to others. You can look all you like but you'll never find a better person or place to care for your instrument.

What a helpful and enjoyable place! The owner, Lou, guided me with the transformation of my student-quality upright bass. He recommended a few replacement parts and excellent advise as I wanted to change my own strings on the bass. He spent a lot of time with me in the shop and the results were phenomenal! I didn’t realize that instrument could sound so good! Now I know why my friends recommended him.
