I like having a local company available to help me with my printer needs. I was given an older HP color laser printer that had problems feeding paper. After trying to fix the printer myself I decided to give Onyx a shot. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The repair cost seemed reasonable. The repair took a little longer than I expected but so far it is operating just fine. I would definitely recommend Onyx.
