Eat Well Travel Often

We had high expectations going in after reading several great reviews. Maybe they were TOO high b/c we were beyond disappointed with Ludger’s. We were expecting homemade, fresh deliciousness. What we actually got was a reheated breakfast sandwich and a couple of cupcakes that didn’t taste freshly made at all. Nothing horrific, but very sub par. Mediocre at best (in regards to food). The girls at the counter were helpful and the place was clean (which is why 3 stars given instead of lower if just rating the food).

I signed up for a free slice of cheesecake for my birthday, so I decided to check Ludger's for the first time. I expected it to be pretty good, but it blew my expectations out of the water. I chose the red velvet cake. You can taste the high quality ingredients in their cakes. I will be back.

I was looking for a special custom cake for my son's birthday and they did a fantastic job! They listened to what I was requesting and definitely delivered. We were all very impressed with the cake design and it tasted as good as it looked. I highly recommend Ludger's and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Love love LOVE Ludger's! We knew from the very first tasting at a bridal show that we'd have them for our wedding, and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Very easy to work with, and the cake design I asked for turned out BETTER than the photo I showed as inspiration. Our guests LOVED the cake, and we are still getting compliments from our family on how perfect it was. Thank you! Will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a cake for an event.
