Our salesman William was very helpful. The loan man Marty was also very helpful. He managed to put us in a new Equinox and only went over our amount we wanted to pay a month by 40.00. Mr. Stoutly helped with the loan through a credit union and while he did that William filled the car with fuel and he put a paper tag on for us. All things considered, it was a unique experience. I would recommend Jimmy Glover Chevy on the river to anyone.

Eddie Enloe really took care of us with out purchase. Found the car and had everything completed before we even saw it. Eddie made the experience relaxed but was still professional about his approach. Made sure to go over all of the features of the vehicle and answered any questions we had. Vance, Weston and Oscar were amazing to work with. I started off by texting Weston in the internet sales department and we talked for a couple of days while he worked with me to figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted and what kind of payment I could afford. When I was ready to come in to do the test drive he was off so I got to work with Vance. Weston could not come in unfortunately but I am grateful for all he did for me. Vance was amazing and made sure during the test drive to explain all the features of the vehicle to me and answered all of my questions. I then worked with Oscar in the finance department to get my loan finalized. He also answer all my questions and there were a few, I like to make sure I understand exactly what I am signing. A couple of days later I get a text from Vance asking me to come back in and sign some more papers, I ask what's up. He said nothing bad just come by after work. OK, no problem; I figure loan fell through and they had to go another route. Nope, they kept working and got my interest rate even lower on that loan. Thanks Jim Glover Chevy. You will have repeat business from me for sure. Great job guys!
