SERVICE Check PRICE Check EXPERIENCE Check I was in town for work and looking to relax, de-stress a bit, before my long week of work ahead. Never experienced deprivation and thought I'd try it. Great overall experience from start to finish. The staff was very welcoming and the oxygen bar before the deprivation pod was a nice experience. The facility was very clean and relaxing. You are nude in the pod and have a room to yourself with the pod, a shower, towels, etc. Just bring yourself and your credit card and you'll be good. I found it to be a great experience for me. I have trouble turning off my mind and this allowed me to do just that. I booked an hour experience in the pod and it really felt very short. I estimated only about 10 minutes, but it truly was an hour. Pure darkness, no sound, floating in a warm salt water bath. Can you handle yourself for 60 minutes in solitude? A serious question for folks who want to try this. Some people may not be able to handle it.

We have been here multiple times for tea in the past and the tea is amazing! They have the highest quality and best selection of tea around! Their tea and services are also very affordable. This time we came for a float and our experience was amazing!! The oxygen bar is wonderful and I always enjoy it, they now offer color therapy which immediately soothed my sensitive eyes. I highly recommend trying floating if you are up for the experience, it is a wonderful reset from the stressors of day to day life. Their relaxation room has changed since last year and I’ve gotta say, I love it so much more now! It’s like an extra layer of spa like experience that will have me coming back soon!

As usual, the float experience was quite good and I enjoyed it. However, their COVID policy was quite another thing. I understand the masks and social distancing - I don't agree with it but I don't blame businesses that require/enforce such measures. However, H2Oasis goes way beyond what is required and makes me sign a waiver each time in which I agree that they can report me to the govt if I, or someone else that has visited them, has symptoms that are similar to COVID symptoms. This is way beyond what I am comfortable with. RESPONSE: I understand that there is a mask mandate currently in place. I also understand that there are stringent cleaning requirements. Those two things are not what I am speaking of. The real issue is the waiver that you made up and that you require to be signed. Don't pass that off as a city requirement because it's not. If you say that it is a CYA measure from your lawyer, that would be believable. I would happily post the waiver but I don't have access to it anymore.
