There was a big mix up with my Valentines flowers and they did an amazing job working with me through it even though they have so many other orders and stress during the holidays. Very impressed with how they handled things and would use this floralist again! The arrangement was beautifully done also!

I cannot say enough about the service I received before Christmas!!! I was very eager to get flowers sent to my sister for Christmas. We live apart. The lady who helped me could not have been more pleasant. She was super sweet, the flowers were absolutely beautiful (I purchased sight unseen). She promised me the arrangement would be very Christmas and it was Superior! Was delivered the day it was promised. She did not make me feel forced to spend a fortune just for something beautiful. And the flowers made my sister very happy!!! I would definitely order from here again without hesitation!!!! Fresh, beautiful flowers. So nice when you can depend on a place to do what they say they will do!!!!!!!!
Ordered the “Deal of the Day” as a surprise for my daughter. I wasn’t expecting much since this “deal” really is a good deal . I was pleasantly surprised when she took a picture of the beautiful bouquet that was loaded with pink roses. It was delivered on time in a lovely vase. A wonderful surprise for both of us!
I ordered a \be my love\ bouquet (red roses,red carnations,white daisies and white lilies in a clear red glass vase)to the cost of 63 and ended up with a dumpy,pink Walmart-looking vase of Mums,pink Lilies,2 roses and nothing much else. It looks like they took what was left over and stuck it in the first vase they could find and sent it on its merry way not caring about how someone feels about the loved on they are delivering it to. I tried to call to tell my displeasure, and it took 5 times to get through, then I was told someone would return my call. That was 4 hours ago and I'm not holding my breath. Apparently, my money isn't as good as some others and this place should be ashamed to do business like that. Burnett's - you might not care about your customers, but I know other that actually have integrity and they will be getting my business from now on.
