We bought a used mobile home from them. When they delivered the mobile home to us we noticed a window was broken. They did pay to replace the window. That is why I am giving them 1 star. They did not give us the keys to the house. We searched everywhere in the house. We had to have the locks changed. They left all the glass light fixtures on the counter. When they were backing in the mobile home to our property we heard glass breaking in the house. All of them were broken. They did not level the house correctly either. We cannot close any of our doors properly. We have to pay to have it re-leveled. Every time I call they say they will look into it and have the owner Will call us back. He never does. We also did not have power to half of the house. We had to call an electrician. They found a cut wire in the wall where it looks like it was cut and a wood panel put up to hide it. That could have caused a fire. We also found that all the pipes under the house were all busted. It looks like they just ripped the house from a lot. I do understand there are some things we will have to replace due to it being a used home. Everything listed was something that should have been checked before it was even sold to anyone let alone delivered to us. We were promised the electrical was working. Having to pay to have the home leveled again is ridiculous. It should have been done properly the 1st time. We also had the company enclose an office area in the mobile home to make another bedroom. We paid 1000 to have it done. It looks horrible. There are gaps everywhere. The walls are not straight. We are having to redo the walls. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We purchased the Cavalier Sumner this summer and moved in about 2 months ago! Our salesman, Ethan Simerly, made our experience swift, professional and very comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about our purchase. Our home is beautiful! The trim out process was quick and very detail oriented. They have stood by every single thing they told us. I would recommend Aspen Manufactured Homes to anyone! Ask to speak to Ethan and he will not disappoint!

Everything went great tell after set up the trailer. Have not under pin the trailer. Had not fix or repair what was damaged during moving. Will not Have not returned any phone calls
