I've never had a bad experience here. It's always crowded - especially before and after Syracuse University baseball and football games - but that's proof that it's a great restaurant. Tasty food, especially their famous chicken tenders. Service is always wonderful. And it's so close to the Dome so it makes it perfect to hit up on game day. I recommend this place.
We found Tully's late at night on a weekday on our way to Boston. There were not many options open so we thought we would give Tully's a try. I'm happy to say the food was very good and the service was exceptional. I had a steak salad. The vegetables we crisp and fresh and the steak was cooked perfectly. So glad we stopped:)
Our waitress \Tina\ I believe that was her name was so sweet & kept coming to our table to make sure things were good. I haven't anyone to observed & nice. Food came quickly too. Thumbs up for Tully's on Erie Blvd
I had an issue with my last order and my delivery driver not giving me all of my food, and even though it was no fault of the staff at Tully's, the manager offered to remake my order at no charge whenever I could come and get it (an offer I gratefully accepted later). Great customer service like that isn't common these days, and I was grateful for it. As for the food, it's always delicious! This was not my first experience with Tully's, and will certainly not be the last. The chicken tenders are the best I've ever had (which says a lot coming from someone raised in the southern US), and the burgers are some of the best in town. The peanut butter pie, while expensive, is equal parts delicious and humongous, and could probably be shared between 3-4 people. It's an overall great place. It's always busy, and for good reason!! (The reason I first tried the place was because, after 2 years living in Syracuse, I'd noticed that the parking lot was literally ALWAYS full.)
