The people here are very nice and understanding. They work to make your experience there very warm and welcoming. If you have any needs, they will do what they can to assist. They answer any question with a happy attitude and I definitely sense sincerity in the work. I have not one time gone there and been disappointed. They even recommend asking for calcium pills AKA Tums when you give plasma. It helps keep the Tremors down because of the disinfectant on the needle. They are extremely tolerant of people who do not like needles and they will help support you through the process. I very much do not like needles. It's literally a hollow piece of metal that goes into your body. They do their work quickly and efficiently and I have never been ignored. They monitor the machines very closely and they get them working properly if they ever have any issues. This place definitely gets a five-star from me.
