This week I did my first maintenance to my new Acura and it was my first service experience with Acura of Seattle overall. Anthony was professional and clear. Everything was smooth with no hassle. I stopped by to make an appointment and ended up with leaving the car for service and was given a loaner in the mean time. Picked up next day with no issues and clear understanding of what was done which I really appreciate! The staff is friendly and nice. Keep it up Acura of Seattle! :)
If you are interested in great customer service, very friendly and assertive staff, clean bright atmosphere and knowledgeable techs, I strongly recommend this location. Go to see Dary in service. This would be the 4th car we bought here (between us and our family) always exceptional service and friendly staff. We also have been to this location’s service center numerous times and every time our expectations were met with satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car and continue to give them my business when the time comes.
Dary was very helpful and nice. The work he did on my 2018 MDX was amazing, he worked on calibration and it was peak work. Also they gave me a loaner car while they were working on my car the model was 2021 Aspec TLX it was brand new and super nice. I don't think any other car dealership is this nice/generous!
