Used to be good. Standard and portion size has dropped as has quality. Ordered Tug special ie 2 fish and 1 portion and baklava (4 for 4 pieces!). Will go elsewhere next time.

The fish and chips from tugs is the best. My little one will only eat from this chip shop.
Worst possible Cheese burgers and Fish & Chips I've ever had in my life. I ordered over the phone and was told to collect in 20 mins. Got to the shop 25 mins later. The place was empty but I still had to wait for another 10 to 15 mins for the food to get ready. I had 2 fish and chips and 3 cheese burgers. Brought food home, opened the boxes containing cheese burgers and there was strong smell from all of the burgers. The burger patties were thin, black (not burnt), stretchy like rubber, and they all stank. Salad was old. The pictures of the patty on the website looks something completely different to what I had in front of me. Fish & Chips were really average. Chips were bit raw. Fish wasn't properly battered. I think there's a management change lately as this place doesn't deserve the 4 star rating it has on Google. All the good ratings must be from the past under previous management.
Only had chips but they were nice and the menu looked interesting so I look forward to trying more soon and hopefully return with 5 Stars
