Worst company I've ever worked for they lie to employees and the clients to get you to do what they need they send yiu 25 miles to a client and don't pay mileage don't listen to what you ask for they send us to clients without telling us things we need to know they don't tell yiu the client has a hoyer lift until you get there clients tell me caregivers take their things t hey sent me to a client that was sick with covid and didn't tell me so I got it they lied and said I can't get covid again but pina county health debt told me I can .they lie lie lie

The caregivers from Total Care Connections show up on time and are very communicative. They tell me what is going is. My Mom really likes them. They are good company and are always upbeat. They communicate with her well. The caregivers know what they are doing and look and offer things she doesn't ask for. She has had these caregivers for a little bit and they are a great match. It could be personalities but definitely skills.

The caregiver from Total Care connections is professional, caring, and has a sense of humor. They are nice to have around because they are like family and they are compassionate. They don't rush through anything and they are gentle. They definitely know what they are doing based on their compassion and mannerisms and it doesn't feel like a business, it feels like family. They come in and liked listening to my husbands stories and had good senses of humor.
