In the beginning when leaving my car and getting the lift to the airport I was happy with the service. But when I was getting my car the drivers picking up at the airport was very rude! I tried to call the service line to order a baby seat for the car, but the line was closed and you could only book a driver by the automatic choice on the phone. I could not find any other number to call. So when the driver came I told him that I needed a baby seat for my 3 year. old daughter. And his behaviour was very rude. He was yelling at me in czech and told me I had to call to order. And I told him I tried but it was not possible. So when he had to call another driver to come with the baby seat he was very angry and very unpleasant. And so was the other driver. Will not use the service again unless the service improve a lot!

Very good organisation, very fast Shuttle to the Airport and Back. As I need help to start the car after 4 weeks, the staff was very friendly and quick. The whole parking space is Clean, lights and cameras are everywhere, everything is well signposted and you can park your car in your own and don't have to give the keys away. We will use the service again as we'll travel from Prague Airport again
Comfortable airport parking but be redy for delay in transfering from and to the terminal. Sometimes more than 20 minutes, so plan ahead
We used this parking for the first time and will come back again... super fast pick up and transport, car stayed safe and friendly staff The parking was purchased in advance and entry and exit worked seamlessly.
NOT Possibile to pay with CARD (Mastercard, Visa , Maestro ) After my come back I try to pay the ticket at the 2 ATM’s from the location , and the ticket was not working . The Manager of the location come there ,and tell me that I need to pay cash (CZK) because the ATM its not working correctly . I had just euro and card with me , I told them that I need to go fast in my way and if they send me the invoice I will pay it . They say that my car will remain there until I will pay , I have to go to one ATM in the area or in the town and come back with cash money . I told them that I don’t have time to lose 1 hour to the town and back , they say that my car it’s not going out until I will pay . I call the police , they told me that they can not help me , and so I lose 2 hours waiting for police , police discussing with the guy from parking and me , and in the final they take me with there car to one atm , take out money with a very big Comision , and pay them cash . Really better go anywhere else. This service is too bad even if it was free. Staff is really rude and arrogant, as mentioned several times here. Also the barcode readers at the gates are not working and guy who should help you with that is mostly not there and no relevant info is present at the entrance. And do not expect good experience in case of their system will not open the exit for you. You will end up waiting in the room with blaiming and rude guys that do not understand that you have paid in advance and need to leave asap and do not care about what they need to click on in the system to give you what you have paid for. Also why does not the gate operate automaticaly reading your license plate? Is this middle ages?
Fast Transfer to the Airport , took 10 min from my Car to terminal 2. Personal is Not verry friendly an the parking ist compared to Others expensive .
We have used the service 2 or 3 times and found everything to be very good. Transfer to and from the Terminal is fast and efficient whilst the actual parking area is well lit and safe.
