There's been a change in management in this resort this year.. It is no longer Sinot Resort but Brownfields Builders Resort.. For those wanting to soak in natural hot spring water, this is the best place to go..Most people come here not really to swim but to soak their stressed and frozen muscles away.. It got an adult pool with cold water, a kiddie pool (warm water), and several soaking areas where you can control the water temperature depending on your preference.. I can say the pool water is generally fresh and not heavily chlorinated.. very basic amenities only like toilet, grill, and shower areas.. it doesn't have water slides like most of its neighboring resorts..most guests like me don't usually come here for those frills anyway but for therapeutic purposes - again the natural hot spring water and steam.. Taking away one star though for cleanliness - it's not dirty - kinda acceptable but still can be improved!
Just take note that if you're travelling via public transpo and you guys don't plan to stay overnight, jeepneys going back to the city is just until 4pm.

Place is a little neglected, probably due to management change or other reason. Pool is clean enough for us to see the bottom. Enjoyed watching kids swimming, probably a swimming team, varsity or kids bring taught how to swim. 3 stars due to several reason: 1. Lack of shower rooms. 6, if I remember correctly. 2. IF you went there when kids are swimming, probably a swimming team or swimmig lesson, don't expect you can enjoy swimming in the deep pool. 3. Not eniugh comfort room, only 4, 2 for every gender. 4. Smokers are freely roaming around. In fairness, In terms of safety, lifeguard/s are always present.
