When we first relocated to the UK for work from Paris, TTA was contracted by the company to help us find accommodation, rent furniture and settle down. Our experience with Helen and her team was so pleasant that we didn’t think twice when we had to temporarily move back to Surrey from Africa for the birth of our second baby two years later: we contacted TTA for assistance, this time as private clients, and again we were not disappointed. Helen went for viewings in our behalf while we were still in Africa and we knew we could blindly trust her recommendations. The place she found for us was beyond perfect! We really appreciated TTA’s professional yet personal approach, prompt communication and practical advice with our specific family situation in mind. We were also pleasantly surprised by the little personal touches (our first “new home” card that came in by post, beautiful flowers delivered the day we came home from the hospital with our newborn, to name a few). Finally, being able to trust that you can leave back to Africa with a newborn baby and a toddler without having to worry about the end-of-tenancy cleaning, inventory checkout and closing of all utilities and tax related accounts was truly invaluable. Highly recommend TTA for any corporate and private relocations!
Helen and her team helped to make our move trouble free. They dealt with everything, from negotiating the lease to making sure the house that we were moving from was cleaned to a professional standard. We had also rented furniture through TTA and so it meant that we just had to walk in and start living! The team were understanding at all times, even when I had moments of panic, a quick call was all it took to calm me down. I really can't recommend them highly enough. We had to move from Aberdeen to Lincoln and then Lincoln to Nottinghamshire, and they took care of everything. Excellent!
