Staff need to be retrained in customer service!

Typical bank
Usually okay and I'd say a good local staffed bank (of which there are no longer many), but my latest experience was less than satisfactory. Who would think the one place I receive a counterfeit note from would be a bank?Of course, I didn't stop to check every note as I didn't expect it. It didn't help that the staff member seemed more concerned with completing her other tasks since it was near closing time on a Friday.
