Went to Truro photo studio at opening time 11:00am to get passport photo done. There was a couple waiting that had appointment for baby photos. I was told it would be a few minutes. So we sat to wait which is fine and understandable. A gentlemen came in after me for FAC photo and was told to wait. It was over 30 minutes before she took my picture then she took the gentlemen's right after me. Said it would be a few minutes. She didn't know how to do FAC picture for gentlemen and worked on his while I was still waiting. She finished with him as I still sat and waited. An hour later and I am still sitting here waiting for my passport picture. Never again will come to Wal-Mart for passport photo. NEVER!!!!

Photo system wouldn't connect to my phone, and got told to come back another time. I went online to Superstores online option and did it that way.
