Older gentleman by the cheese counter is just lovely! The store is well stocked on our latest trip there was only 1 item out of stock. Toilets relatively clean and checkout staff very nice.

Lovely place to shop, the Made in Cornwall area is wonderful. Great selection of Cornish fish, meat and veg. Great ideas for presents. Hope you have a great day
Just fantastic. The staff are delightful and the store is so clean and offerings amazing. The Cornish produce section is wonderful with fresh local produce. I wouldn't shop anywhere else but unfortunately it's quite a journey. We would love a Waitrose near Penzance? Love you guys at JLP
No problem to shop and the staff are extremely helpful. But the customer service desk is very slow while they get your online purchases. Perhaps this was due to only one member of staff being on the desk.
Cornish Cafe (inside Waitrose): Excellent day's special by Londoner chef. Disturbed by Cornish staff who were arrogantly trying to organise some self entitled customer who wanted to seat 8 but hadn't reserved. Some poor staff at every visit very unlike Waitrose. I was already eating but my waiter cunningly retrospectively reserved his tables to avoid Cornish abuse. My first time in cafe but I'll try the Waitrose run cafe next time. Good coffee but stupidly too small.
