Had my new a4 Avant for a few weeks now, must say couldn't be happier with it. Lee and Ben were excellent to deal with. In these difficult times the hand over was very well organised and easy with no face to face contact. Anyone looking for a Audi they are worth a shout.

Just passing through on way to Europe so booked at short notice for a winter health check. Great service, and comfortable well equipped waiting area. Highly Efficient, Service manager Steve Weekes gave us personal attention. Arrived 0820, and on my way with clean bill of health at 0945. Superb.

Picked up our new Audi3 yesterday. We are delighted with the car and were very impressed with the whole experience, courtesy of Audi's Salesman, Ben Pittock, who dealt with us. Ben was very patient, thorough, extremely professional and he efficiently guided us through the process. We particularly felt Covid safe. Ben is a real asset to Audi, and we can't thank him enough.

My wife collected her Audi A1 from Ben Pittock this afternoon (24th Dec) Big birthday present ! Very professional & friendly service we have received from beginning to collection has been excellent despite the restrictions etc . Ben (Sales) has dealt with the Reg Plate transfer etc and has explained all relevant requirements to us. I would recommend Truro Audi for good honest friendly service. Thank you for making it special for my wife's big day .

Once again Audi Main Dealers have not been interested, they weren't on my Previous Audi A8, and they weren't yesterday after a part failed. Being Main Dealer I wanted to recover my car from where it brokedown to them. It's a three year old Audi A8L which would have cost close to 85,000 new... How much money do you need to spend with Audi before their dealers will look after their customers. Once again a local independant is working on the car today, just hours after it arrived by recovery and I've no doubt he'll be the only person in future to work on this car as Clearly Audi Truro are not interested in customers. Also here is a failed part costing 240 by your own price list and clearly a mechanical failure... why you would leave registered disabled person in 38 degree heat, who's managed to survive Cancer three times is beyond me. It's the current edition of your most expensive four seater car, you don't make a more epensive car and to be told that you don't want it leaving me in that heat for three hours longer than needed be, whilst I sorted out someone that would expect it is beyond me. I'll be getting someone to check the part also as I don't believe that even though yesterday was incredibly hot, doing a three point turn in the road using the creep of the auto box is acceptable for a part that you price at this value. I understand it's a moving part bolted to the engine but you designed to be suitable for that car... and with it having such little mileage and being in my ownership for just five weeks and was handed over with an RAC certificated 119 point check to ensure the car was ready for it's new owner, then either I was unlucky to of parked it in sunlight for too long (not intended to be sarastic, but that's what I did) or these parts are nor not fit for purpose.
